**Processing time currently 7-10 business days**

• Items are made to order, with love, so please allow 7-10 business days for us to hand-make and ship orders.
• All mugs, hats, luggage tags, and tote bags are made in different locations and shipped separately.
• If you need your item by a certain day, email us FIRST, to make sure we are able to meet that deadline.

T-shirts: 

• Our items are made to order. We do not keep an inventory, so it is made with love just for you, when you order. Due to that, we do not offer refunds.
• We do offer returns for size exchanges within 14 days of your item/s being delivered.

• You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover shipping back to you.
• If for some reason your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Clothing:

• Our goal is to offer fun, stylish, unique clothing. As a result, the specific item you order may no longer be available for direct exchange (say, in another size). Store credit will be offered in those cases.
• You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover shipping back to you.
• If for some reason your clothing arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Most products have a size chart available to assist you. If a size chart isn't available, please see the sizing info in the product description. Please be sure to pay attention to that info so you can make the best decision regarding sizing.
