Personally She does not offer refunds.
Our t-shirts are made to order. We do not keep an inventory, so it is made with love just for you, when you order. Due to that, we do not offer returns for refunds. We offer returns for size exchanges only, within 30 days of your item/s being delivered.
Exchanged items must be in new condition. Worn items and items with stains, holes, or scents (from perfume) are not eligible to be returned for a size exchange.

You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover shipping back to you.
If for some reason your tee arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Q: I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange for the correct size?
A: That depends. You will more than likely be able to exchange sizes for t-shirts, but you may not be able to exchange sizes for boutique clothing. Please see our full Return & Exchange Policy for further info.
Order Cancellations and Changes
You have 24 hours, after your order was placed, to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel pending orders. Per our return policy, we do not offer returns for a refund, but we do offer returns for size exchanges.
If you would like to make a change to your order (size, color, address, etc.), that can possibly be accommodated after the 24 hours period, if your order has not entered the fulfillment process. If your order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make any changes to your order, but you are welcome to return it for a size exchange.

Thanks for checking. Personally She does not specialize in making custom tees, nor to we add customizations to our designs. If you have an idea for a t-shirt we should do, let us know. If we decide to go with your idea, or something similar, we'll be sure to shout you out, and send you a free shirt.
T-shirts are made to order, so please allow 7-11 days for us to hand-make and ship orders that include a statement. For all other items, please allow 2-3 business days for your item/s to ship.
Shipping is typically handled by USPS and items are typically sent First Class Mail or Priority. Please allow 3-7 days (First Class) or 2-5 days (Priority) for your items to reach you once shipped.
Each order receives tracking information for shipping. This information is emailed to you when your order has entered the shipping process. Be sure to check your junk/spam and promotions folders if you do not receive it in your inbox. Keep in mind that fulfillment takes 7-11 days before shipping.
Unfortunately, sometimes shipping carriers mark packages as delivered before they're actually delivered. It usually shows up within the next 1-3 days. We recommend waiting to see if it's actually delivered.
If it has been more than 3 days, and the package has not been delivered, contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to inquire about your package. Also send us an email so that we may inquire on our end, as well. email@example.com
After we inquire with the shipping carrier, if they determine that the package, was indeed delivered, it is then considered stolen. We are unable to replace, nor provide a refund or store credit for, stolen packages. Route Package Protection, however, does cover stolen packages.
